Returns and reimbursements

Waiver

You have the right to return the product purchased within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This period is valid from the day on which you received the order, with the delivery receipt acting as proof in the case of any returns. You can request to return the product by sending an e-mail to devoluciones@qubomobile.com. Once the product is received and its state has been checked, the purchased item will be returned via the same payment method in which the purchase was made, without any additional cost as a result of the reimbursement, including shipping costs but not including return charges. The purchaser will be responsible for the loss of the product/s or for any damages incurred during shipment, therefore, we recommend you to prepare the package suitably for shipment and to return the product/s via a certified post or courier service with insurance corresponding to the value of the product/s. Within national territory and the Iberian Peninsula, you can use your own means or the parcel services that we offer for returns. Return costs can be viewed in the shipping costs section. In all cases, the product/s subject to return must be in perfect condition, inside the original packaging, with the manuals and accessories included and without any damage due to incorrect usage. Otherwise, the aforementioned waiver will not be applied and Qubo Mobile will have the right to compensation. In all cases, the receipt and purchase invoice must be attached.

Defective product

In the event of returning an item because of a defect within national territory or the Iberian Peninsula, we will arrange collection without any additional cost and, if you so wish, once the defective product is received, we can send you a new one. In all other territories, the product must be returned via certified post. In cases in which delivery costs have been paid for by the purchaser, they will be refunded together with the full purchase amount after sending the corresponding receipt via e-mail or post. In those cases in which returning the product/s incurs taxes derived from different fiscal regimes, they shall be covered by the purchaser. In those cases in which the purchaser has used another means other than the postal service, Qubo Mobile will not cover the difference in the cost of returning the product/s. Product not corresponding to the order

Damages incurred during transport

If you detect any damage to the packaging or to the product/s at the moment of delivery, you must state it on the parcel service’s delivery note and immediately contact Qubo Mobile. You can request to return the product by sending an e-mail to devoluciones@qubomobile.com. The maximum period for communicating this type of incidence is seven calendar days. This period is valid from the date on which you received the order with the delivery receipt acting as proof in the case of any returns. Returning a product via the parcel service offered on the website

Within national territory or the Iberian Peninsula you can return the package either by your own means or by using the parcel service that we offer. In all other territories, the product must be returned via certified post. In cases in which the delivery costs are covered by the purchaser, they will be refunded with the full purchase amount after sending the corresponding receipt via e-mail or post. In those cases in which returning the product/s incurs taxes derived from different fiscal regimes, they shall be covered by the purchaser.
